"Her passion is eating disorders and she is well aware that there are few supports and services for those who suffer, yet the statistics show there is a huge need."

"Marlene has identified huge gaps, and she is going to do her best to fix them. In a few short months Marlene has been able to amass a network of supporters for her cause, it is nothing short of impressive. Yesterday Marlene decided that she was going to meet the Prime Minister, and today she did."

"There is nothing this girl cannot do. She is on the radio, meeting with experts all over the place, politicians and media everywhere. Some people have tried to get in her way, they try and scare her but she won’t back down, she won’t be silenced."
